It may have taken me all summer to photograph a family at the beach but my goodness, it sure was worth the wait! These three siblings had my heart singing all night long. Sharing a little preview from my time down at Groton Long Point, Conn last week. A very special place where my family vacationed as a child and growing up is where we spent a decade of August summers on this very beach.
I couldn’t help but think back to the summer night where my sister, brother, and I would play on Main Beach, the same age difference as these three, enjoying the summer nights playing pickle or swimming out to the dock. As I drove into GLP, this timeless private beach community, I was so overwhelmed with joy being back again, almost twenty years later, now to preserve this time for a loving family who are making their own family summertime memories in GLP. Now that’s full circle!
