I see a message, I visualize the family, I feel each emotion a family has leading up to their session. Maternity, Newborn, Family or Mother & Child, it is all the same.
I close my eyes, I feel their story, it sings deep within my soul.
I’m soulful, I’m a feeler, I reflect back daily, and I believe each story has its purpose….
To show children how it all began. For them to see the love felt, the good, the scary, all of it. Their story matters so much.
Meet sweet baby Sam.
His story began when two crazy kids were introduced through relatives. Their love grew strong and coming from someone who knows them well, they didn’t look back. Especially for my dear, loving friend Kathleen. Gary was it!
I never saw her so giddy, so sure, so at peace with her future man, the father of their future baby.
Sam, you were prayed for. And here you are with your two fabulous parents, the ones that will guide you and show you such great things.
For their in-home newborn session, I traveled up to Massachusetts. How lucky I am to have met this little guy just one week after he was born and to have the honor of photographing this beautiful miracle finally in his parent’s arms.
To my dear, beautiful college friend, seeing you become a mother fills my heart with so much peace and happiness. A son to cherish and bond with forever. You are a fantastic mother who I admire so very much. xo
